Meadow House Finalist for the RIBA East Awards 2024

Meadow House by Ström Architects is officially one of the finalists for this year’s RIBA East Awards.

A replacement dwelling in an Essex rural village, Meadow House occupies a stunning site with a park-like ambiance. The design integrates the landscape and architecture seamlessly, emphasising unity between the house and its surroundings.

The house features four distinct pavilions positioned at the corners of a pin-wheel plan, each serving a specific function and adorned with oversized, minimally framed sliding glass doors by IQ.

The winners of the RIBA East Awards 2024 will be announced later this year, and be considered for more prestigious recognitions, such as the RIBA Sustainability and RIBA Building of the Year Awards.
