Black House Farm is shortlisted for RIBA South Awards 2024

Black house farm is shortlisted for the second year in a row for the RIBA South Awards and RIBA South East Awards 2024. 

The historic 19th Century farm located in the South Downs underwent a sympathetic restoration by Robin Lee Architecture with a new build element placed between historic house and the former threshing barn structure. 

Combining black timber with slim sliding glass doors, the modern sustainable addition blends into its rural surroundings. 

 It’s no wonder why it has been recognised for its beautiful and effortless design.
